In particular, the right of reprisal includes a requirement that non-coercive means of settling the matter be attempted before a reprisal is carried out. It, too, is subject to the general requirements of necessity and proportionality, though they are not in all respects defined or applied in the same manner as in connection with the right of self-defense. It is a form of self-help legitimizing certain action that would otherwise be unlawful, in response to an illegal act by or under the aegis of another state. And maybe they have and I'm just an idiot and can't figure it out.International law recognizes a limited right of reprisal (retaliation) in addition to the right of self-defense. I posted a similar topic about 4 months ago, and most of the responses were "wait for ACE to come out, they'll fix it".

As awesome as ACE3 is, I wish there was a guide or how-to manual of some sort. Ok, how? I can't even find out how to turn it on much less use it. I've tried searching and the only thing I can see is other people saying "you have to use your laser designator" or snarky posts linking to the ACE3 "submit a bug" page. The only mods I'm running that should have any effect on that are ACE3 and CBA_A3, both updated through Steam Workshop. When I use the Apache, the Hellfires do hit what the gunner is aiming at within the arc, but again there is no way to lock onto a target without keeping the crosshairs pointed on it, but at least it's better than the Comanche which can't hit anything at all. I've tried hitting Tab, T, cycling through the weapons to try to turn on the LD that I'm pretty sure is supposed to be there, but no luck.

When I use the Comanche, I don't even have a Laser Designator option that I can find. I get that there is about a 40deg arc that the rockets are supposed to be able to home in on a target as they are front launching weapons, but I cannot get them to track or home in on anything.

The G in DAGR stands for "guided" and yet I cannot for the life of me manage to get them to do anything other than fire straight ahead to where the helo is pointing.
